Vinaya Vidheya Rama is an 2019 Indian Telugu-language action film written and directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film stars ram charan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Vivek Oberoi stars as the antagonist while Prashanth, Sneha, and Aryan Rajesh appear in pivotal roles.
The story starts with four children who are scavengers in a railway station. They witness a child trafficking incident and upon discovery flee from the place. They decide to end up their lives after fearing the death from the goons. While committing suicide at a railway track, they hear the sound of a baby crying in nearby thornbush, upon recovering they find out the baby is being bit by ants and rush him to nearby hospital. After the baby recovers, they decide to raise him as their brother, names him Rama and sends him off to school. One day the goon who has been trafficking childs returns from jail and captures the four brothers and tries to murder them when the fifth returns and murders the goon saving his brothers. When the doctor asks him about it, he requests him to send his four brothers to school while he will work for them. The doctor (Chalapathi Rao), raises them as his children.

The story cuts back to present where in a remote desert Rama (Ram Charan) kills a Bihari dictator Raja Bhai (Vivek Oberoi). only to wake up to find out it was a dream. His family surrounds him to console him out of his nightmare. His family consists of 4 brothers, Bhuvan Kumar(Prasanth), unnamed(Aryan Rajesh, Ravi Varma, Madhunandan) and 4 sister-in-laws, Gayatri Devi (Sneha, Madhumita, Praveena, Himaja) and their children. Bhuvan Kumar is a election commisioner with his 3 other brothers as his sub ordinates. Rama is engaged to Sita (Kiara Advani), daugter of a women rights activist (Hema) and her husband (Prudhvi Raj). One day a local goon (Harish Uthaman) comes and threatens him, for which his brother Rama responds to him harshly. His father Pandem parashuram(Mukesh Rishi) challenges the brother and asks them to say sorry for which Ram returns hard on him. This leaves Parasuram humiliated and approaches encounter specialist (Sakshi Ram), who gets to the house of Rama and takes his whole family as hostages. Rama reaches there and apologize to Parasuram only to encounter the goons from Bihar. On the other side, these goons were sent by Raja Bhai who has recovered from coma. After fighting the goons violently, Gayatri devi asks Rama about it to which he reveals the flashback. Raja Bhai Munna is a local dictator in Bihar who threatens the chief minister (Mahesh Manjrekar), so he asks the central government and gets Bhuvan Kumar as election commisioner appointed. Raja Bhai Munna holds Bhuvan hostile to which Bhuvan calls Rama who was in Gujarat with his family and Sita in a temple. As he was travelling back to the airport, he receives the call and rushes to a bridge and jumps on top of a train that is heading from Gujarat to Bihar. He kills 300 men single handed on a horse and gets captured to be taken to Raja Bhai. A fight ensues in which Raja Bhai kills Bhuvan Kumar and Rama wounds Raja Bhai severely sending him into coma. In the present, Gayatri Devi is shocked terrificly on the death of her husband. She asks him to take her to the pyre of Bhuvan Kumar and asks Rama to take her to Raja Bhai, where she challenges him a duell with Rama. Rama approaches with the body of Raja Bhais goon (G. V. Sudhakar Naidu) and start the fight with him. He finally subdues him by cracking his bones and slashes his head with a sword attached to a tree.
